On a lot of remodels we come in and do all the prep demo, and then we’re the ones to put it back together. That’s the whole pitch. Nobody hands off, nobody blames the last guy, and there’s no week where the house sits open waiting on a second contractor to start.
We cover everything the licensed trades don’t — so plumbing, electrical and HVAC come in around us, and we handle the rest of the scope from the first wall down to the last piece of base.
