Walk the space, talk through what you want, measure what’s actually there. No charge for the visit.
You get a number
A written estimate covering scope and cost, so you know what you’re signing up for before anything comes apart.
We build it
Demo through trim-out with the same crew. You get one person to call the whole way through.

Dedicated contractor building custom homes and remodels in the Denver and Front Range area.
Kalkhoff Carpentry is a Denver-based carpentry outfit run by Brandon Kalkhoff. The work runs the full width of a job — framing a wall, siding an elevation, hanging the doors, building the bookcase that goes against it.
Because the same crew does the demo and the finish, the details get decided by the person who has to install them. Blocking goes in where the shelf is actually going. The rough opening matches the door that’s been ordered. It’s a small thing that saves a lot of arguments.
