Exterior work is the part of the house that has to survive Colorado — hail, sun, and forty degrees of swing in a day. Detailing at the eave, the corner and the penetration is what decides whether that goes well.
We side, soffit and roof, and we do it on the same jobs where we frame, which means the transitions actually line up instead of being somebody else’s problem.
